Hello everyone, my name is Yuki. I'm planning a beauty trip to Seoul this fall and have a question for our international users.
I've heard that Gangnam and Apgujeong have a lot of cosmetic clinics and dermatology offices, but what's it really like? I'm not looking for any major procedures; I'm more interested in trying out skincare treatments and lighter therapies. Since it's my first time, I'm not sure which area is best for beginners or has a more relaxed atmosphere... 😅
Also, where did you all stay in Seoul? Is it better to be close to the clinic areas, or is it more convenient to stay near tourist spots? I'd love to hear your experiences with hotels or guesthouses where you've actually stayed. This is my first international beauty trip, so any advice from those of you who have been before would be incredibly helpful.

I've been there once and found that staying near the BTS is better because it's easy to get to various clinics and also convenient for visiting other attractions. 😊 For your first time, I recommend starting with consultations at places that have others, so you don't feel pressured. Have a great trip!
I'm also planning a trip to Seoul this fall, so I was thrilled to see your article! I'm also looking to try some relaxing beauty treatments and am hesitant about major procedures, so I totally understand your reservations 😊 It feels like there are a lot of options in Gangnam, but you're right, for a first-time visit, it's probably better to find a place that feels more comfortable and relaxing. Looking forward to hearing everyone's thoughts!
