I'm a little worried after seeing a few cases of side effects.
So I'm looking up side effects of under-eye fillers.
I've seen some talk about bumps caused by under-eye filler side effects.
Are under-eye filler side effects actually common?

I don't think it's common.
If you're worried about side effects, look into Juvelook Eye! They say the particles are small, so the risk of nodules is low! I'm thinking of getting it too, so I've already made a hospital appointment haha.
The area under the eyes is naturally sensitive, so you have to be careful since even surgery can cause issues. You really should avoid fillers, at least for the under-eye area!! Instead, look into Miho's internal fixation method; they perform the surgery without much swelling or the need for separate taping. I also had my under-eyes treated and went to work and met people the very next day, and I was perfectly fine.
It's not common, but I've seen cases where that happens if you get it done at a place that isn't very good... I got under-eye fillers at QBQ, and they turned out really well—natural and not bumpy at all. The director specializes in fillers for specific areas, haha.
I don't think that's a common case! That's why I think you need to choose the hospital carefully!
I saw reviews saying that if you go to a good place, there are no bumps and the under-eye grooves are filled in perfectly and neatly. You should check out the reviews for QQ.
Then you should try QBQ. I got under-eye fillers there, and they filled in smoothly. I didn't experience any side effects either.
