Honestly, whenever I wear sleeveless tops or tight-fitting clothes... my arms are a real mess... They look lumpy and the fit is just awful... so I'm considering arm liposuction... but there are so many clinics out there?? So... if anyone has had arm liposuction done, please give me some advice.
