I really want to get rid of my receding hairline. Are there any places that do hairline tattoos well?

I'm really worried because I have no choice but to wear my bangs down whenever I tie my hair up due to my receding M-shape!! I want to take this opportunity to get a proper hairline tattoo done at a place that does it well so I can try wearing my hair slicked back. Please recommend a place that does hairline tattoos well and doesn't leave a reddish tint when the color fades! Haha. I'd prefer a place that applies the lines delicately, like baby hairs, without looking artificial!!
