Doesn't atopic dermatitis disappear once you become an adult?

I'm over 30, but I'm still so sick and tired of atopic dermatitis...

It often flares up on my arms, and when summer comes, even if I apply this and that,

it still itches... and the irritation just doesn't seem to go away...

How do you all manage atopic dermatitis in the summer? Please let me know. 🙏
