I'm leaving a review after finally getting rid of the itching from pregnancy that I suffered for a few weeks...

I am cautiously leaving this review in case there are others experiencing pregnancy pruritus like me. The itching suddenly started when I entered my second trimester. At first, it was just a light tickling sensation on my belly, but after a few days, it spread to my sides, thighs, and arms. The itching intensified significantly at night, accompanied by a burning sensation, to the point where I could barely sleep. As I scratched, my skin turned red and stung, and eventually, even the slightest brushing of my clothes felt itchy. It was truly stressful. I was even more shocked when I took a picture and saw that my skin looked worse than I had imagined. I felt like I couldn't just leave things as they were, so I started looking into various options. I researched ointments and checked the ingredients, but since I'm pregnant, I felt uneasy using just anything, so I ended up looking for something with the least irritation. I found out that products without fragrances, artificial colors, or unnecessary additives are better, so I looked at products based on those criteria and tried an organic aloe soothing gel. At first, I just wanted it to soothe my skin, but the best part was that the heat sensation went down instantly after applying it. It didn't completely eliminate the itching, but the frequency of scratching decreased significantly, and my skin started breaking out less and less. After applying it consistently for a few weeks, the breakouts subsided a lot, and now the number of times I wake up at night has dropped drastically. I was more sensitive because I was pregnant, but I felt relieved knowing that the ingredients were less of a concern. If anyone is struggling like me, I recommend that you don't just endure it; try managing it as soon as possible with even a product that is gentle on the skin... It really makes a difference in your quality of life.
