I am compiling a list of places good for thigh liposuction; please recommend some based on body shape.

I'm looking into surgery because the fat on my inner thighs just won't go away. Where are the famous places for thigh liposuction? My goal isn't just about losing weight, but getting rid of the saddlebags and getting a smooth, straight line on the inner thighs. I compiled a list of places known for thigh liposuction, but they mostly consisted of large hospitals. Would a private clinic be better?
