Ppeum Clinic specializes in body fillers. I got hip fillers, and they turned out beautifully with a nice volume. My friend took tons of photos of my back while I was on a trip, and I loved that my figure looked great no matter how the pictures were taken.
I think Cheongdam Q-Q is the place for great body fillers. Since the director is a woman, I feel like she is more meticulous and pays close attention to my body shape.
