I'm not sure if the sagging skin started after my facial contouring surgery or if my jawline just collapsed with age, but my jowls and deep cheek fat have gotten really bad. 😭😭

I don't think a thread lift would be able to handle it, so I'm leaning heavily toward a mini-facelift.

However, I don't want to go to large hospitals because they feel a bit unsettling, like they have proxy surgeries or a factory-style atmosphere. So, are there any places with a single head surgeon who takes full responsibility and provides meticulous care for the mini-facelift from start to finish?

I've put Daum and Belif on my list because I heard they provide close care from consultation to aftercare.

Have you had a mini-facelift at either of these two hospitals, or if there are any other hospitals specializing in facelifts with a single head surgeon, please give me some recommendations.
