Is the difference before and after nose thread lifting noticeable?

Lately, I feel like my nose line looks particularly blunt, so I am carefully comparing the before and after results of a nose thread lift. I am drawn to it because I heard that the unique advantage of thread lifting is that it shapes the tip sharply without worrying as much about it spreading sideways as fillers. If you actually look at before and after photos, can you clearly see the line from the bridge to the tip becoming sharper? A friend shared a review of the before and after results, and the effects did look amazing. I am also curious to see genuine reviews from other people regarding the before and after differences.
