Hi everyone! I'm Hong, and I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul soon. I've heard there are a lot of clinics in the Gangnam and Apgujeong areas, so I assume the options will be quite extensive? But honestly, I'm not too familiar with Seoul and don't know which area would be best to stay in for convenient consultations and follow-up appointments.
I was wondering if staying near Gangnam would be more convenient, given that clinics and commercial facilities are concentrated there. However, I've also heard some people find other areas more comfortable and that the cost isn't necessarily higher. Could any of you share your experiences? Which areas did you have your procedures done in? Did you stay close to the clinic?
Also, I wanted to ask everyone, how long do you typically need to stay in Seoul after a procedure before you can fly back? I'm not sure how to plan my schedule. If anyone has had a similar experience, especially coming from mainland China, I would be so grateful for any advice!

I've visited Seoul twice for treatments, and honestly, staying close to the area with the clinics saves you a lot of time and effort, especially if you have follow-up appointments later 😊 But to be honest, prices really do vary a bit depending on the area!
I'm also planning a trip to Seoul for some procedures, so I completely understand how you feel! I've heard that the Gangnam area is really convenient because there are many places concentrated there, but I'm also considering whether to stay nearby or in a more peaceful area for better recovery. I'm also looking forward to hearing from others about their experiences with their post-procedure stays!
I was thinking the exact same thing! It's so reassuring to see others asking these questions 😊 I'm also curious about where's best to stay after treatment and how many days of rest are needed before it's safe to fly.
