I just smashed that damn stubborn arm fat to pieces!

I've been worried about my arm fat, so I got a scoop injection today.

The procedure finished faster than I expected, and the injection was bearable.

I was told that there might be some swelling and bruising after the procedure, and I was advised to avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and alcohol for the time being, so I'm resting and applying cold compresses today.

They said the results will gradually become visible in a few weeks, so I plan to just watch how things go for now!
