The price of the implants should be the same... wouldn't it be the hospital system and labor costs? Something like that?

It seems the reason for the difference in nose surgery costs is the materials used and the surgeon's skill.

I'm not really sure about that either... but I guess it varies depending on the region, the neighborhood, and the doctor... lol
