Even though they no longer commute to work every day and are resting at home, they just lie down all day saying they are tired.
At first, I thought the fatigue accumulated from working was finally easing, but even though quite some time has passed since their retirement, they continue to be lethargic and lacking energy.
I am confused whether their physical strength has simply declined due to their age, or if there is something wrong with their body.
What should I do when elderly people like this remain lethargic and tired without a clear reason?
They do have some blood pressure due to their age, but it is not serious.

Buying nutritional supplements for them...
Of course, I bought them supplements first ㅠㅠ But they say it doesn't really work..
It is not good for them to stay at home all the time. Please encourage them to start a simple hobby or exercise.
They just say they hate everything and find it bothersome. I guess I'll have to force them to come along.
Last year, we treated my mother to stem cell therapy at Gangnam Cellara as a filial gift, and she said her fatigue has improved significantly and she feels much better now. I am thinking of getting her a functional medicine test this Parents' Day as well.
Thank you for the advice.
