I'm looking into surgery to lower the outer corners of my eyes, but will they stick together if I get it?

I've read reviews saying they eventually stick together.

But I can't just skip the procedure...

My eyes look too slanted and upturned, so I really need surgery to lower the corners.

Is there any surgery that won't cause them to stick together? Please let me know.
