If facial asymmetry is severe, does it also cause dizziness?

Are there any of you who have facial asymmetry and also experience dizziness on a regular basis?

My asymmetry has been severe since I was young, but recently, I've started feeling lightheaded and dizzy.

At first, I wondered, "Anemia when I eat so well?"

But after looking it up, I found out that facial asymmetry can lead to severe tinnitus and accompanying dizziness.

I don't want to just leave it untreated, and I feel like I need to get treatment, but I'm not sure where I should go to resolve these symptoms.

I would appreciate any advice from those who have received treatment.
