Honestly, I got into K-beauty kind of by accident? My roommate came back from Seoul like two years ago with all these skincare products, and I was so skeptical at first. But then I actually tried some of her stuff and I was kind of shook by how much my skin improved. Now I'm obsessed with the whole routine thing — like the layering, the ingredients, all of it.

I'm really curious about aesthetic treatments though, especially the ones that are super popular in Korea. I've been watching a lot of YouTube content (probably too much, honestly) and I keep seeing people mention getting procedures done there because they're either more affordable or the clinics are just really experienced. I'm not sure if I'm actually going to do anything yet — still in the research phase — but I'd love to hear from anyone who's had experience or just knows more about what's actually realistic vs. hype.
