I do drink quite a lot.
I think three cups is a bit too much. I'm also trying to cut back, so I'm currently getting into the habit of drinking tea with cleanse tea.
Still, cutting back has been great because I feel like I'm sleeping better!
Uniquely, it's divided into morning and afternoon servings, so it's good to have one cup each.
