Hi everyone! I'm Wei, and I'm planning a small cosmetic procedure in Seoul next month, but I'm not very familiar with the city's geography. I've heard there are many clinics in Gangnam and Apgujeong, but I'm not sure which district would be most convenient to stay in. Have any of you been before and can share your experiences with where you stayed?

I'm mainly looking to get some minor treatments, and I've heard it might take several sessions to see results, so I want to find a place to stay that's convenient for transportation and has good food and drink options nearby. I'm wondering if I should stay directly in Gangnam, or if other areas of Seoul would also be fine? I feel like Seoul's subway system is very developed, but I'm still a bit nervous being in an unfamiliar place.

Also, I wanted to ask everyone how you choose your clinics. Do you get recommendations from friends, or do you do your own research? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the information right now and don't know where to start. If you have any reliable suggestions or experiences to share, I would be really grateful!
