Hi everyone! My name is Sakura, and I'm from Tokyo. I'm so happy to be a part of this community!
Actually, last year a friend of mine came back from Korea and taught me a lot about skincare. I hadn't really paid much attention to Korean cosmetics before, but after hearing her talk, I became really interested... There are so many things like tints and BB creams that aren't available in Japan! Also, I've been watching Korean dramas, and the actresses' skin is so beautiful, I've become curious about their skincare routines! 😅
In the future, I'd love to actually go to Korea and try some beauty treatments. But I have a lot of concerns, so I'd like to learn from everyone's experiences in this community. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or personal stories! Thank you! ✨

Welcome! I totally get the K-beauty obsession — those actress skin routines are insane 😅 Honestly, just from my trip last year, I found that the sunscreen options there are SO much better than what we have at home, and people actually use them daily as part of their routine, which made such a difference for my skin. Can't wait to hear what you discover once you visit!
Welcome! 🌸 That's so cool that your friend got you into K-beauty—I'm curious, which products have you actually tried so far, or are you still just researching before your trip?
Hi Sakura! I felt the same way as you when I first discovered Korean skincare 😄 I think the most important thing is to start with the basics first, test them out to see which ones suit your skin, because everyone is different. When you have the chance to go to Korea, do a lot of research beforehand, ask people in the community to prepare yourself mentally!
