Hello! When is it safe to get semi-permanent eyebrow or eyeliner procedures before or after facial surgery (eyes, nose, or lifting)?
Please share your experiences regarding pigmentation changes, laser collisions, infection risks, and coordinating between clinics.
I would also appreciate it if you could provide recommended waiting periods before and after the procedure, as well as a checklist for communication between clinics.

Generally, it is recommended to wait at least 2–4 weeks before facial surgery for semi-permanent makeup, and at least 4–8 weeks after surgery (longer for eye/lift procedures) once swelling and wounds have stabilized.
If laser treatment is scheduled, you must check beforehand due to the possibility of pigment discoloration. It is safest to share the surgery date, incision site, antibiotic/ointment use, laser plan, and available timing with other hospitals, and proceed only after obtaining approval from your attending physician.
