It is definitely possible to do it with topical anesthesia. I’ve tried both, and since Prime allows for more precise shots, it definitely reduces the time you feel pain, so I think that’s why it feels less painful haha. The procedure finishes quickly too~ I had it done at VS.R.A. in Gangnam, and I feel like the lines are being defined more naturally. It’s like I’m getting prettier without people even noticing?

I haven't tried both so I'm not entirely sure, but I found P-Prime to be decent. The director performed the procedure well, making sure not to stress my skin. I think there might be some variation depending on the clinic, though. You should try consulting with Healserion Dermatology.
It all depends on the clinic! I'm a total wimp who hates pain, but I received Ultherapy at Dayview and it was painless. The director's technique is amazing. You should go and give it a try!
