Has anyone been to Seoul for beauty treatments? I'd like some advice on areas and accommodation.

Hello! My name is Net, and I'm from Thailand. I'm planning my first aesthetic trip to Seoul and I'm still unsure about which area to choose. I've heard that Gangnam and Apgujeong are very popular for beauty treatments, but I'd love to hear from people who have actually been there about what the atmosphere is like, if there are many foreign tourists, and if English is commonly spoken.

Also, can anyone recommend where I should stay if I want to be close to clinics or areas with lots of options? I'm someone who likes to explore, so it would be great if the area also has cafes or shopping spots. I'm not too sure about the price differences for accommodation, but I'm hoping to find something reasonably priced, lol.
