Lately, my husband has been complaining that his knee joints hurt, so I've been taking care of them by giving them massages and applying hot compresses. However, since I haven't seen any significant improvement, I've been asking around to see if there are any good alternatives.
Then, a friend recommended stem cell injections, so I looked them up. Apparently, they help reduce inflammation in the joints!

This is an injection I haven't heard of before, so it would be good to look into it thoroughly!!
