I've heard that the Gangnam area and the area around Gangnam Station have a lot of treatments and salons, so I'm thinking about going there. But Apgujeong is also supposed to be very famous, and I'm not really sure which is better. I'm curious about things like the variety of clinics, the atmosphere of the area, shopping, cafes, etc.

Also, when you actually went on a trip, which area was the most convenient to stay in? I'd like to hear about things like how easy it was to get around, especially when going to treatments.
