Hello! My name is Bee. I'm planning a trip to Seoul after hearing great things about the beauty treatments there. I'm curious about where others who have visited before liked to stay, particularly in areas like Gangnam or Apgujeong. Many say there are tons of shops, but I'm unsure if it's actually convenient and if the accommodation would be suitable for the area.
I usually prefer to get information from people who have already been because online advertisements can sometimes oversell things. For those who have visited, could you please share where you think is the best place to stay for convenience in getting around? Also, what are some interesting places to visit in the area, besides aesthetic treatments and other beauty services?
Another thing I'd like to know is how far in advance I should book accommodation and what time of year is best. I'd like to go during a season that isn't too hot. If anyone has any recommendations or experiences, please feel free to share. Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hi Bi! I was thinking the same thing, and I really relate to that 😊 It's so hard to find beauty information online for Gangnam or Apgujeong, isn't it? I think real reviews from people who've actually been there are the most trustworthy. I'm hoping to go around autumn too, so I'd be happy if anyone with experience could share their information!
I understand, Bi-san! I had similar anxieties at first too. Online ads are often really exaggerated, aren't they? I think real reviews from people who have actually visited are the most helpful. I also think choosing a cooler season is a great idea!
B-san, that's a wonderful travel plan! I agree, I also find that hearing from people who have actually been somewhere is more trustworthy than online ads. I often hear that early autumn is recommended, so I think the weather will be good and pleasant.
I was thinking the exact same thing! If you're going to go, it seems important to choose a good time. I agree that you have good access to information from foreign sources, and it was necessary to talk to people who have had similar experiences to us 😊
Hi Bee! I'm also from Taiwan, and I totally get wanting to hear from real users instead of just seeing ads 😄 Going in the fall should be the most comfortable, not too hot and not too cold. I've heard many people recommend visiting during that season. For accommodation, I think booking about a month in advance is safer, and you'll have more options too~
