Hey! I'm Paige, from the US (Pacific Northwest specifically), and I just found this community and I'm so excited. I've been kind of down the K-beauty rabbit hole for like a year now and honestly it's taken over my life in the best way possible. Started with skincare products and then I started watching videos about aesthetic treatments in Korea and I was just... mesmerized? The whole approach seems so different from what I'm used to here.
I'm really curious about the whole experience of getting treatments done in Korea as someone visiting from abroad. Like, I know a lot of people come for procedures but I'm still figuring out if that's something I actually want to do or if I'm just influenced by everything I see online lol. I think I'm mostly interested in learning more before jumping into anything, if that makes sense?
I'd love to connect with other people from the US or international visitors who've explored this stuff. Does anyone have tips for just... being a foreigner navigating everything? Language, finding reliable info, just general advice? I'm not even sure where to start with my research so hearing from people with actual experience would be amazing. Thanks for having me!

Hello! I only recently discovered this community, and seeing your post felt especially heartwarming 😊 I'm also considering trying some treatments in Korea, and I'm currently doing my research, so I completely understand your thoughts. I hope to learn more with you here, and perhaps we can share the information and experiences we find!
Hi Page! I'm also from abroad, so I understand how you feel 😊 I'm curious what kind of service you're most interested in - skincare treatment or something else? Because I see so many options, I don't know where to start.
Welcome! I totally understand how you feel 😊 A little tip from my experience: try reading old Reddit threads and forums from foreigners who have been to Korea. It really helps to understand what it's like. And don't rush, you have plenty of time to think. I'm waiting for you too!
Wow, you're a newcomer to the K-beauty community too! Are you currently only interested in skincare, or are you already thinking about trying some things? I feel the same way, I've seen a lot of things online, but when it comes time to actually do it, I have to think carefully. 😅
Hello! I only recently became a fan of K-Beauty myself, so I totally understand how you feel 😄 I wanted to ask, among the beauty videos you've seen online, which ones interest you the most? Are they skincare or medical aesthetic procedures?
