I'm really stressed about my collarbone line and square shoulders, so I'm looking into shoulder fillers. My biggest question is how long the fillers last.

When I read reviews, some people say they last a few months, while others say they last nearly a year, so I'm not sure what's right haha. I'm even more confused because some say they wear off quickly if you exercise a lot, while others say it depends on your body type.
