Hi everyone! I'm heading to Korea in a couple weeks to get some treatments done, and I'm trying to figure out what to bring for recovery at the hotel. I've heard that having the right stuff on hand makes such a difference those first few days when you're dealing with redness and sensitivity.
I'm thinking about packing cooling masks, maybe some silicone sheets for any marks, and a gentle soothing gel—but honestly I'm not sure what actually works vs. what's just hype, haha. Did anyone else prepare for their trip this way? What items did you find super helpful to have with you? And did you end up buying anything locally there instead, or was it easier to just bring your own stuff?
Also curious if there are things you wish you'd packed but didn't! Any tips would be amazing. 💙
