Hi everyone! I'm Adelia from Indonesia, and I'm planning an aesthetic treatment consultation in Seoul in a few months. My question is simple, but also a bit concerning—is English good enough for a consultation? I speak English, but not fluently, and unfortunately, I haven't studied Korean at all.
I've done some research, and it seems like many clinics in Seoul have staff who speak English or even have translators. But I'm not sure how common this is, or if all places offer language services? Has anyone had experience with consultations in Seoul, and how do they communicate when there's a language barrier?
Bonus question—is it better to prepare some medical vocabulary/phrases before going? Or are the staff usually very patient in explaining things using simple language? I'd love to hear your experiences!
