When I first tried dieting with herbal medicine, I consulted at a factory-style facility and took the pills twice a day, morning and evening. Back then, I had constant heart palpitations and couldn't sleep well, so it was hard dealing with my daily routine getting messed up. Of course, I did lose weight, but... when I stopped taking them, the yo-yo effect was inevitable, and I even developed irregular periods. I was actually starting to regret it. However, at the place I go to now, perhaps because they provide individual care every week, I don't experience any discomfort at all. I guess terms like "1:1 management" and "close care" aren't just for show haha. I see a lot of people getting Mounza injections these days, but considering your body type and the potential for a yo-yo effect later on, I personally think herbal medicine isn't a bad option.
