Hey everyone! So I'm finally planning my first beauty trip to Seoul and I'm honestly a bit overwhelmed with all the neighborhoods. I keep hearing about Gangnam and Apgujeong being THE spots for aesthetic stuff, but I'm not sure if that's actually where I should base myself or if there are other areas worth checking out?

I'm mainly interested in exploring different clinics, getting consultations, and just soaking in the whole beauty culture there. But I also want to actually enjoy the city and not spend 3 hours on the subway every day, lol. Does anyone have recs on where to stay that's convenient but also has good energy? Is Gangnam actually as concentrated as people say, or should I look at other neighborhoods?

Also curious — have any of you who've done this before found certain areas way better for English-speaking staff, or is that pretty common everywhere now? Any tips on navigating the aesthetic clinic areas as a first-timer would be super helpful. I'm just trying to be smart about planning this without overthinking it!
