What I'm worried about isn't just the treatments themselves, but also flights, accommodation, food, and how many days I actually need to block off for recovery before returning. I've seen some people go for a week, others for two weeks. Is there a significant difference in terms of budget and healing time? I haven't decided which treatments I want to try yet, so maybe that affects the timing too?
