Based on a friend's recommendation, I am currently looking up reviews for Banporium and Koshop.
Is the recovery period for revision surgery very difficult? I looked it up and it seems there is quite a price difference compared to the initial surgery.
Is that because the surgery is more difficult? I am curious if there is a significant difference in pain and recovery time, and I would also like to know where those who have had revision surgery had it done and if they were satisfied!!

I had surgery at Yerom, and the results were clean with no excess fat, so the surgery went well. Recovery time and pain can vary from person to person, but for me, the recovery period was short and I experienced almost no pain, so I recommend checking out Yerom. The doctor's skills and experience were excellent in every aspect, and it was a hospital with a well-equipped safety system!
I've heard a lot about Banporium and Coshop, haha. It's probably harder than the first surgery, right? ㅜㅜ
Wonderful Clinic is also great for revision rhinoplasty. The director has extensive experience and a keen aesthetic sense, so they shape all the lines and contours beautifully.
When they examine you, they don't push unnecessary procedures. Their reviews are also excellent for first-time or revision surgery patients. If you haven't seen them yet, I recommend checking out Sungpum, Yerom, and Yuwonil, as I'm considering consulting with them. They apparently choose the surgical method well and perform the surgery exactly as planned. They also spend time adjusting the lines multiple times to find the ones that best suit your face.
Swelling is a matter of individual constitution; some people swell less regardless of what they do, while others swell more even if they do nothing lol. I'm the latter, but honestly, the swelling after a nose job doesn't last that long... it doesn't really interfere with daily life. I did a lot of research online and ended up getting my surgery at Miho. The director there, unlike the director at my first surgery, focuses exclusively on rhinoplasty, so the consultation and surgery quality were definitely high. They performed the surgery well, using the best approach for my condition, which addressed many of the issues I was unhappy with from my first surgery. The shape also turned out just as I had envisioned, so I'm truly satisfied.
The director was excellent, paying close attention to surgical direction and design in great detail. Their aesthetic sense and surgical skills were also top-notch. My bulbous nose, which didn't quite settle after my first surgery, was corrected well, and my drooping nose tip looks natural and perfectly matches the style I was aiming for. I highly recommend consulting with Yerom. The director was incredibly meticulous in their design and surgical approach. ❤️
Revision surgery involves reopening a previously operated nose to address existing adhesions or scar tissue, while also removing or refining existing implants or cartilage. The surgeon then reconstructs the nose, making it a significantly riskier procedure than the initial surgery, requiring a highly skilled surgeon. This is why it's essential to go to a top-tier clinic, which naturally leads to higher costs. I also underwent revision surgery at a considerable expense, but the surgeon did such an excellent job that I felt every penny was worth it. I had my surgery with Director Yoon at Miho, so I recommend looking into them for revision procedures. The director thoroughly assessed my nasal condition to ensure a solid foundation, preventing issues like inflammation or contracture post-surgery, and sculpted a stable, aesthetically pleasing shape that suited me perfectly.
