안녕하세요 여러분! 저는 미국 캘리포니아에 사는 미아입니다. 이 커뮤니티를 이제 막 발견해서 너무 기뻐요. 지난 1년 동안 한국 스킨케어에 푹 빠져 있었는데, 덕분에 미용 시술에도 관심이 생겼거든요.
팬데믹 기간 동안 다른 사람들처럼 시트 마스크랑 세럼으로 시작했는데, 그 후로 성분이나 스킨케어 철학에 대해 깊이 파고들게 됐어요. 한국 스킨케어의 접근 방식이 뭔가 다르다는 느낌이 들더라고요. '적을수록 좋다'는 철학에 더해, 뭔가 의도적인 것 같기도 하고요. 그렇게 한국에서 받는 시술에 대해 알게 되면서, 실제로 받아보는 경험이 어떤지 정말 궁금해졌어요. 아직 제가 직접 받을지는 모르겠지만, 다른 분들의 경험담을 읽는 게 너무 즐거워요.

If you do decide to explore treatments in Korea, I'd say just take your time researching and ask lots of questions before committing to anything. The skincare philosophy there really is different, and honestly just soaking in everyone's experiences here first helps so much! 💙

My tip: once you start exploring treatments, definitely ask lots of questions and take your time deciding, because Korean clinics can move pretty fast. Also, if you ever go to Korea, it helps to have a Korean friend translate the details, even if the staff speaks English!
