Hey everyone! So I'm finally making the trip to Seoul in a few weeks and I'm honestly so excited I can barely think straight lol. I've been into skincare for years now, but I know Korea is just on another level with this stuff. I'm definitely planning to hit up some of the skincare shops and maybe explore some of the clinic areas I've heard so much about, but I have no idea where to even start.

I'm mainly interested in learning about treatments and getting my skin assessed by someone who actually knows what they're doing. I have combination skin that can be pretty temperamental, and I'd love to see what options exist beyond my usual routine. Has anyone done consultations while visiting? I'm not sure how that even works logistically, but I'm curious what people's experiences have been like.

Also – any favorite neighborhoods or areas to explore for skincare stuff? I'll probably be staying near Gangnam for a bit, but I'm open to going anywhere in the city. And if anyone has tips on what to expect or how to prepare, I'm all ears! What was something you tried that totally surprised you?
