Considering double eyelid surgery in Seoul. What's it really like traveling from abroad for it?

Hello, my name is Asuka. I've been thinking about double eyelid surgery for a while, and recently I've started to think, "Maybe I should get it done in Korea." I know it's possible to have it done in Japan, but is the level of cosmetic clinics in Seoul really that high? I'd love to hear from people who have actually gone from overseas.

What concerns me are the travel hassles and costs. I have no idea how much it will all add up to, including flights and accommodation. I'm also worried about post-operative aftercare and whether they can handle any issues remotely if they arise, given the distance. For those who have traveled from Japan, what was your actual experience like?

It seems like some places offer video consultations, but I feel uneasy if they can't see my face in person. And then there's the language barrier, right? I don't speak any Korean at all, so I'm curious how people communicate. I'd be happy if you could share your experiences and opinions.
