Are there many clinics and skincare places there? Also, which area is the most convenient for tourists like us?

Oh, and I also want to know where you guys recommend staying. I prefer to be close to the beauty treatment areas so I don't have to travel far. My budget is medium; not super luxurious, but I also want to be comfortable. Has anyone stayed in a particular area and can recommend it?
