Hi everyone, I'm Qing. I'm currently considering getting cosmetic procedures in Korea, but I'm worried about my Korean language skills. I've looked at some clinic reviews, but many are in Korean, and the translations I get seem a bit off. I'm not sure if they reflect genuine opinions or are just advertisements. Could any of you ladies share how you determine the trustworthiness of reviews?
I especially want to know what warning signs I should be wary of? For example, are reviews that sound overly official or exaggerated problematic? Also, how can I find neutral and objective opinions, rather than those written by the clinics themselves? I'm a little worried about not understanding the reviews and getting ripped off, so I want to do more research beforehand.
If you have any reliable methods or experiences to share, I would be so grateful! For example, which platforms do I use to find reviews, or what details should I look for to determine if a clinic is reliable? I really need your advice!

I've also been trying to find reliable reviews because my Thai isn't good enough, but I think it's better to read and compare reviews from multiple sources. Authentic reviews usually have specific details and some even include negative points.
