Hi everyone, I'm Rui. I've been thinking about going to Korea for a cosmetic procedure recently, but honestly, I'm a bit nervous because this will be my first time traveling abroad alone for something like this. My biggest concern right now is how to reasonably plan the entire trip and budget. It's not just the cost of the procedure itself, but also round-trip flights, accommodation, and other expenses, which suddenly makes the numbers seem quite large.
Could you please tell me how many days people usually need to stay in Korea? I've heard that some procedures require a recovery period, so you can't fly back immediately. I'm also unsure if booking a guesthouse is cheaper or if finding accommodation specifically for medical tourism would be more reassuring? And for flights, how far in advance should I book to get the best deals?
Also, I'd like to ask experienced ladies out there, how did you manage your expenses at the time? Do you have any tips that could help me plan my budget more effectively? Right now, I just want to be fully prepared so I don't end up scrambling once I get there. Thank you all!
