I know there's going to be some swelling involved, and I'm honestly a bit nervous about being on a plane and dealing with it.

Has anyone here done a procedure and then had to travel? I'm wondering what aftercare products or things you'd recommend packing. Like, should I bring ice packs? Special creams? I'm guessing compression or something might help with swelling, but I'm not totally sure what actually works or what's safe to use. Also curious if there are certain things I should avoid during travel that might make swelling worse.

I know everyone heals differently, so I'm not expecting a magic solution or anything. Just looking for real talk from people who've been through it. Any honest advice would be super helpful!
