It can happen with dense breasts, that's why I really recommend getting an ultrasound!

If you experience pain, definitely get an ultrasound! I went to B.O.Y. Surgery Clinic near Gangnam Station.
Since it's a one-on-one consultation with a female doctor, the atmosphere is comfortable, and if you book in advance, there's no waiting time either ㅎㅎ
