I was extremely nervous because I had undergone revision rhinoplasty at another clinic, but I gained trust in the director after he thoroughly explained the condition of the original silicone and cartilage based on the CT scan. I kept the existing implant for the bridge of my nose and reconstructed only the tip using ear cartilage, resulting in a much more natural line. After three months, the swelling has almost completely subsided, and my profile looks softer, giving me the confidence to go out without a mask. However, I was anxious during the recovery period because the cartilage looked slightly crooked, but the director explained that this is a normal part of the process, which eased my worries. Although it was a bit expensive, I am satisfied considering it was a revision surgery.

My dark circles were so severe that even makeup couldn't cover them, so I got under-eye fillers. I had 1cc injected into each side, and the procedure took about 30 minutes. They applied numbing cream for 30 minutes before starting, and since they used a cannula instead of a needle, I barely got any bruising. Immediately after the procedure, it was slightly bumpy, but it settled after 2-3 days, and after a week, it looked completely natural. My dark circles have noticeably faded, and the tired look I used to have has largely disappeared. It has been 3 months, and the results are still holding up well. When choosing the type of filler, I was recommended one with small particles, and I think that was the key to achieving such a natural look.
